Ibrahim is the Principal/Member of the firm. He is a registered professional engineer (Civil) in Washington D.C., Arizona and California. He graduated in University of Khartoum, Sudan in 1985.

Mr. Osman has over 24 years of experience in municipal projects, with emphasis on drainage. He also has extensive knowledge in the design of wood, concrete and steel building structures.

He is a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ). This certification ensures proficiency in the stormwater quality field and enhances technical and professional credibility in surface water quality issues.
